Terms of Hire

All hirers of equipment must agree and abide by the terms of hire outlined on this page. Payment of a deposit is an indicator of a commitment to carry out a hire and to agreeing to hire terms.

By booking here you digitally sign an agreement and contract for hire. Please read carefully.

As a hirer, you will be required to fill out the form below these terms and agree with a unique signature code called an Agreement or Contract Code which will be provided when you contact us for an invoice. This code is unique to the hirer and is used only by the parties involved in the hire.
